Courtney & Mitchell's Epic Santa Barbara destination Wedding

We love traveling out of Sacramento several times a year to film destination weddings. Courtney & Mitchell’s wedding at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort was no exception. Not only was the ocean venue eye candy for our wedding film, but we were honored to capture the wedding of the daughter of a fellow filmmaker- Dennis Kulik. Courtney & Mitchell were so gracious in giving us the time to get some spectacular shots of them walking n the beach.

Some of my favorite shots came as Courtney danced with her guests near the end of the reception. We were ‘off the clock’ for those high energy shots, but often some the best wedding footage we capture happens when we go beyond our contracted time for our couples. Truly, filming wedding day love and laughter has always been so much more than just another ‘gig’ for us.
